1. Scope
Apex CritCare ("ACC," "we," "us") operates this website to describe our work and to let hospitals, partners, and investors reach us. This policy explains what information the site handles and what we do with it. The short version: this site is built to collect as little as possible.
2. What this site collects
- Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when a page loads: the IP address of the device, browser type, the page requested, and the time. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure.
- The contact form. If you use the Request a Demo form, we receive what you enter: your name, title or role, organization, work email, the kind of inquiry you are making, and your message. Submissions are delivered to our business email inbox.
- Email you send us. If you email us directly instead, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to say.

3. What this site does not do
- No analytics or visitor tracking.
- No advertising, ad networks, or social-media pixels.
- No tracking cookies. If the hosting provider sets a cookie that is strictly necessary to deliver a page, it is not used to identify or follow you.
- No sale of personal information, and no sharing for marketing purposes, ours or anyone else's.
- No response to "Do Not Track" browser signals is needed, because this site does not track visitors in the first place.
4. How we use what you send
We use it to reply to you and to carry on the conversation you started. We may keep the exchange in our business email system for as long as the relationship or the record is useful. If you would like your information deleted, ask and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
5. Who else handles this information
- Our hosting provider, which serves the site and holds the server logs.
- The service that relays contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- Microsoft 365, which hosts our business email.
Each operates under its own terms and privacy commitments. None receives anything from us beyond what is needed to provide those services.
6. Protected health information
This website does not collect, store, or process protected health information. ACC's products operate inside hospital systems under separate agreements with each hospital, and those agreements, not this policy, govern that data.
7. Children
This site is intended for healthcare professionals, partners, and investors. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email us and we will respond. Given how little this site collects, the answer will usually be short.
9. Changes to this policy
If the site starts collecting anything new, analytics for example, this policy will be updated first, and the date at the top will change.
